i revamped & optimized extra ship information function, added caching to slack emojis, removed dupe addProjectSearcher function, and added custom themes, which are in a very early state of development. this should be the devlog where i update spicetown to 0.2.0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hype

i fixed multiple bugs and added QoL changes to previous features. also moved “since time” to native and got rid of features that are now in native flavortown

oh wow, it’s been an hour?
sooo
i made streak cache now expires in 10 minutes and i made votes collapsible. i tried fixing an issue with payouts/public votes not appearing and apparently it was because i changed my project name. whoops… so that’s half an hour down the drain

i added importing and exporting extension data with json files, making the themes page not popup the 404 div and made it load instantly, also updated it to look better, and i fixed the changelog adder. whoopsies.

I made the changelog generator which generates a changelog (via github commits) for your devlogs. you just have to insert your from and to hashes, and press add changelog. Of course, you should still write a decent devlog along with the changelog. p.s. probably only works for github repos, might break otherwise

this is the biggest devlog for spicetown since ages! i added an indicator of how much your earned this week to leaderboard (and for other people as well!) and themes now dont flashbang you and load in at the exact time as the website loads in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after many more features, i expect v0.2.0 (a new stable MAJOR version) to release sometime this week! also, themes now live update, so if you select a theme on one tab, it will also apply LIVE (with reloading) for another tab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11!!1

- Keybind to create a new devlog in the project page: Ctrl + Alt + N.

oops, i forgor i had to devlog
here’s the changes:
pinned now makes your name truncated if its too long (whatever gizzy’s display name like why tf is it so long)
shop goals progress is now in unison (not distinct) ((may add it back as an option?))
added initial keybinds feature! press ctrl + number to navigate to the page, for example:
ctrl + 1 = kitchen
ctrl + 2 = explore
ctrl + 3 = project
ctrl + 4 = vote
ctrl + 5 = shop
(coming soon?) ctrl + 6 = themes

- editor container looks a lot better
- all items progress bar now has a white background

ok… i slightly lied… i did work on the themes.. but…
i (& gizzy) fixed the unfixable issue (https://github.com/SabioOfficial/spicetown/issues/3)
uhm i made the hat background actually fit the theme (i had to custom make images, again!)
i made a workflow that automatically zips the project!!
i made it so that the themed kitchen is more readable
i made the shop input field’s placeholder text more readable

- FIXED DEFAULT CSS NOT WORKING ON THEMES PAGE (MAJOR BUG)
- ADDED SHOP THEMING (v2 only) SUPPORT

code optimization!!!!!!!!!!! readable code!?!??!?!?!??!?!!?!??!?!
I know, this is crazy.
What I changed:
- instead of changing styles (ew disgusting almost 30+ lines) i just use css classes! (and made a couple of functions to help w/ that!)
- i stopped nesting if statements (“disgusting formatting” -everyone)
- stopped using “var” (stupid me thought it was another language, whoops!)
- split settings sync to UI and actual settings :D
that’s it!!!!!!! one heck of an update :3
oh yeah and it deletes textContent when it’s supposed to be invisible!!!!!!!!!!!!! because why nottttttttttt

I made the manifest.json, which is the base file for Chrome extension (not sure for Firefox!), and icons with different sizes! Also, I added the Spicetown logo (shall be changed) to the “Collab” top section on the Flavortown home page, just to feel how adding extra elements to a page would work.
