What I changed:

• instead of changing styles (ew disgusting almost 30+ lines) i just use css classes! (and made a couple of functions to help w/ that!)
• i stopped nesting if statements (“disgusting formatting” -everyone)
• stopped using “var” (stupid me thought it was another language, whoops!)
• split settings sync to UI and actual settings :D

I made the manifest.json, which is the base file for Chrome extension (not sure for Firefox!), and icons with different sizes! Also, I added the Spicetown logo (shall be changed) to the “Collab” top section on the Flavortown home page, just to feel how adding extra elements to a page would work.
