Hey! Guess what? I’m updating my first game
Hopefully it runs a bit better now
It was quite hard to see how much i did improve in like, months, I thought it would take longer
While I’m still no professional, I’m super glad to see Its getting easier to learn new stuff
Look… I don’t know why, but github was buggy T-T

Finished all 20 levels, as well as adding the animation, and also finishing the last object

Working on the new levels!
This one was definitly the hardest to deisgn, as the idea was for each room to only feature a single modifier before mizing them all in the next 3 levels
I tried making it mostly a maneuvering puzzle, hope you guys like it!
Also…you may have noticed the player is looking up now… what could that be….

Added a new wall texture: The cone!
Seriously though, I have updated the 15 levels to match a more sophisticated [and faster] loading thingy, and im working on making other ways to make the player faster
For this update, I’m planning on 5 new levels!
And maybe making the player yknow, walk
Maybe a new thing? Not sure
Dont wanna spoil anything until im sure it will work, but I think it will make the game a bit more challenging, as the puzzles aren’t that hard

Before anyone else asks, yes, the controls are funky, and yes, its proposital [dunno if its a word, means oppsite of accident]
Made the player a tad bit faster [again, they were supposed to be slow but ok]

New devlog!
So uh… I entered lock in, so yeah 
New language[?]: Shavian!
Also made a little background music thats uh…definitly a background music ._.
The minigames are being postponed due to un-foreseen problems with bycycles and sicknesses
Due to no minigames the beta will be quite short in playthrough unfortunaly, but the idea is to update the game with more of the story every once in a while [~2 months] which honestly is less coding and more writing 
NPC’s are also now able to walk! will they walk alot? no idea, but they walk
Last NPC reveal: Petal! also known as mother
[I’m honestly scared to add more languages cuz I’m making the font and its so tiring to create a new symbol for every new thingy like Ç or ã or 𐑮𐑳𐑯 or è, plus I don’t wanna use google translate and I don’t know any other languages, so it will be translated by others]

Hey! long time since last dev log
The translation took 4 tries to automate and after a lot of fails its now manual T-T
Also finished implementing most of this chapter’s dialogue, now only finishing the tasks
Currently working on: Making NPCs move because a completely forgot they had to! :yay:

Began working on the globalization system [currently only english and brazilian portuguese] once the game is mostly done, we will look for people to help translate!

Fixed rendering issues
Optimized code (thanks to n0o0b090lv, we went from 700 to 400 on the main player code)
made progress on the story!
We’re making a video about the game (me and seni) but we will update through devlogs
after some feed back, made the player move faster, minorly improved textures, and made the input repeat delay changeable

Would love if I found more playtesters/feedback, but I’m really proud of it
Hopefully there will be another game this summer (its summer for me and the site being snowy feels weird lol)
So i completely forgot that devlogs exist,and finished the 1.0 version without sending a single one, yay…
summary of 2 weeks:
