I’ve added sounds for the pause and play buttons and added a popup to edit times when the tomato is clicked.

Added notifications and fixed some timer logic! The timer now pauses when you close the chrome window with the timer on it, and there’s a notification sound as well!

First devlog in two months! I’ve been quite busy with school and other things, but I’m back to coding now :)). Anyway, I’ve made the pomodoro timer run in the background with the help of AI for the logic. There’s a little badge on the extension icon now to show when the timer’s running. The badge appears only when the timer starts, and it disappears when the timer is reset :).

The pause, unpause and reset buttons now work! I have to make them stored in chrome local storage so they don’t reset every time I close the extension though. Still need to code the pomodoro bit as well. Also notice the tabs show their names when they are hovered on :)

It works! (For Tutorial anyway) The loading time is pretty fast too. I used css to not show the progress bar and javascript to inject the html and css into the page.

Added scrolling rainbow with css :) Seems a bit unstable, but I’ll see…

Added manifest.json, added permissions for flavortown website and icons (the nyan-16.png is so blurry :(( )

Added stuff to Pomodoro tab :))
I’ve added a tomato pixel art image with the time on top and the pause and play buttons (haven’t done the javascript for that yet). I’ve also learnt a LOT of new CSS, including the position property (very useful!!).

Also, idk what background to do :(

Put some text underneath the icon when you hover on it, added a current tab indicator.

Added switchable tabs and changed the tab design back to icons. Made the default tab home.

Changed the tab design from icons to text.

Added tab icons! (And all the other things I already logged on my previous project)

Added progress bars :) Also changed the font to Pixeloid Sans.

Added game logic!! It was very annoying.

Added to github and added manifest.json!! Finally set up everything :)
