Switched to sveltekit from react and switched from supabase to neon cause of supabase paywall also login works now via auth pacakge

Ok so now it works and next i will add all the get data and also the send data :)

Added database it can now register new users and also next i will add password auth and email

I added basic backend and frontend. the backend is powered by python fastapi. the frontend is vite and react. right now the frontend fetches a basic json from the backend. Right now, it is on localhost but it will eventually migrate to a real subdomain of mine :D
