Personal Dashboard 2

OK theres lots changed here. Mostly working on adding adata, removing data and stuff. Uh did some styling asw also added a navbar

Switched to sveltekit from react and switched from supabase to neon cause of supabase paywall also login works now via auth pacakge

Added database it can now register new users and also next i will add password auth and email

I added basic backend and frontend. the backend is powered by python fastapi. the frontend is vite and react. right now the frontend fetches a basic json from the backend. Right now, it is on localhost but it will eventually migrate to a real subdomain of mine :D
