I thought my old website was getting a little old, so I decided to rebrand it (and add new projects while I was at it). I got the inpiration from a construction site near my home, and am really happy with how it turned out.

I walked a bit today, and i was passing by a big construction site. It looked pretty cool, and I was thinking about construction sites when it just… hit me. I want to do a construction site-themed WEBsite!
Anyway, I added some basic styles, components and some decorations. I also decided to go with the OMORI-ish style where images from the real life are dithered.

Shipped this project!
This is my first ship! I implemented all core features of the website, including but not limited to authorization with slack and hackatime, creating and shipping projects, betting on events and recieving payouts, as well as viewing the leaderboards and some admin utils!!

Added bet payouts!! The server now checks for changes in market resolutions every 15 minutes (can also be triggered manually), and updates one’s balance if they win!

I started this project a little bit before I joined flavortown, so I’ve done a lot already – you can sign in with Slack, link your hackatime account, create and edit projects and link your hackatime projects to them!! Will try to make up by posting devlogs more frequently :D
