223 is a command line utility and website that can make 2d images look 3d (sometimes works) and makes the colours more like an anime (for no reason at all).
Finally Shipping the project as I was just verified! 223 turns 2d images into 3d looking ones and adds a cool anime-like colour change to make it look way better.
Project is mostly completed, I have added a website, finished the cli, added an art gallery to the website and have setup self hosting

So far, I have added a simple Cli and working version of 223.
It currently works perfectly as intended however I have a roadmap which I will be working on more
