I built a Visual Studio Code extension that screams at you and humiliates you so that you can channel the anger & rage that builds up inside you and use it to lock in extra hard. Trust me, this is why I built it. Not for demotivational purposes at all.
The challenging part was figuring out how to make it appear on the current code editor window, which unfortunately doesn’t really work.
I’m proud of the insults I wrote, hehe.
Have fun!
This is probably the last devlog, as I’m basically done with everything I wanted to do. The only problem however, is that the overlay stuff I wanted to do doesn’t work, but oh well. Anyways, that’s it for ts devlog. Have an image. Enjoy.
Features:
Yeah, peak motivation.

In the past 30 minutes, I created the extension, and currently its opens a panel, displays the big bad angry evil emoji, and thats about it. Took a while cuz there was an error in the package.json that I never noticed. I’m using visual studio to write this (since it’s easier to test this way), which is why I’m missing stuff, I haven’t used VSC in a couple years.
Byebye!
