a working Fraud Squad approved wakatime plugin for micro because
the official plugin DOES NOT WORK
You do need to save the file with ctr-s to have the heartbeats sent and say that the file that you where editing is part of a project
fixed some random stuff and added cursor pos and line number to the heart beats

I made a working wakatime plugin for the micro text editor because the official plugin does not work. While doing this I learned lua and this is my first lua project
I setup the repo and wrote the basic functionality
