I had so much problem with making this map and thinking “how my game should work, hmmm…” BUT!
I have made some big progress!
New Features:

  • 500 cells radius map,
  • water as a barrier,
  • auto generated (random) crystals and snow piles,
  • removed base.

  • Base,
  • Z-index changes when the player is in front of or behind the base.

(I am really proud of the base’s sprite)

Devlog #2:
New features:

  • redrawned background assets,
  • player sprite.
    Notes:
    Hi!
    After some time of thinking, I changed my mind, so instead of warm cool island, it will be a cold snowy place. Also I designed purple crystals (they will be usefull later[I need to change them from tileset to objects]).
    I fixed camera movement so now it not shakes when player moves.

Devlog #1:
Hi everyone!
I came back with a whole new survival game, where you was on spaceship that had crashed on island. I can’t tell more at this point.
First Features:

  • Player movement,
  • Random generated terrain (for now, but I am not sure if it will stay for long, I have two main paths how my game will works).
    (Btw sorry for my english, still learning)
