Shipped this project!
The game is now much enjoyable for everyone else since I’ve added delta time! I have also added music and SFX toggle settings, so you can disable or enable music and sound effects. Also, I added a highscore, which is cool because it creates a mini challenge for yourself to beat your own record.
- Added highscores on Game Over menu
- Added a tutorial menu (can be accessed through the main menu)
- Added Music and SFX toggles
- Added delta time (so people with high refresh monitors can play normally)

Yay! I made the base game, with lava cubes, cats, statistics and menus! Soon I’ll add more stuff, like the gamemodes and modifier, but it’s working and I think it’s quite fun actually! Also, this is a good step for me to learn more about 3D games.
Added cats powerups, they will give you a speed boost for 8 seconds when you collect one!
Added stats like rain spawning interval and cats collected

Added a settings menu, you can access it through the main menu!
For now, there’s only one option, “Camera Smoothness”. If its at maximum then the camera will follow the player very smoothly.
