I’m finally done! I finished the game!!! I also finished my character overviews and writing points!!!!!! EVERYTHINGS COMPLETE!!!! More info on the game will be on the ship, and more testing needs to be done, but overall very happy with this project! I spent a lot of time and effort on it outside the recorded time, due to the writing process also being done in my workbook, along with the brainstorm, but overall really proud!!!

My first proper devlog in a while! The game itself is now complete! Will not add here because I genuinely don’t want to spoil that part of the story. I worked really hard on it, so I hope you’ll enjoy the twist/conclusion. However, here’s some more of the storyboard. The game itself should be done soon, just need testing and storyboard completion! I’ve added more to the WX route and storyboard, though I haven’t done much. Sorry for the short devlog and infrequent changes, school is sending out assessments so I do have less time to work. HOWEVER I feel like the game will be wrapped up soon, so I hope you enjoy the mini spoiler! The storyboard also now displays the Vessels character and background, same applies for the systems.

I’m taking a break from coding and doing more of the storyboard. Finished off the character reviews of the Programmer and the Firewall. The Failsafe will need some more editing, but it should be done soon!

I FINALLY STARTED THE WX ROUTE (The main route)! Hopefully will surprise some with the big twist, and know that even though this is the main route, ALL other routes are still CANON. Again, very excited and have added a spoilers tab that explains my writing process, characters and story in more depth. Will not put picture on here, but hope that people will find it interesting!

FINALLY FINISHED 2 ROUTES!!! I also dealt with a stupid bug that kept bugging me for so longgg. Also started the MAIN CANON ROUTE! Will finally add the details and main story points. Hopefully, it will offer a lot of backstory and information. ON TOP OF THIS, if the story is not something youd enjoy, that’s ok! Do hope you’ll still stay for the ride :D

I finished off part 1! Won’t post all results here, to not spoil, but very pleased with results so far!

Finished part 1, and have linked up more synchronisation rates. Do have to do grammar/spelling checks tho.

I fixed a bunch of bugs, added animated text, and accounted for 0/0. The code also now accounts for invalid inputs.

I did some grammar checks and added 2 more functions with more lore.

I added addition, division, subtraction, and multiplication!

I’m working on my first project! This is so exciting. I can’t wait to share more updates as I build.

Finished introductions and added first user interaction commands. Also sorted each piece into functions for organisation… There is more than the attached, but it needs to be tested first

I started fleshing out the story and added a cipher. Characters are getting lines and I’ve imported some functions and code from the original game, Consciousness. This should provide some background info to those who played Consciousness. Though screen recordings seem to be too large, you won’t be able to see the animated text
