Polished all the commands and the instructions, cleaned up the code and error handling… And finally published the code to GitHub!

/sfx and /suggest commands are working now!
/sfx allows the user to check and listen to all the available default sound effects, and /suggest allows someone to report bugs, suggest improvements, feedback, etc!
