I added a second lip on the holders to prevent vertical motion. I still need to figure out how to prevent them from moving forward when the roadcase is being closed. I also added slots for 10-32 locknuts. This will make assembly easier, as well as make the overall package smaller.

I imported the STLs. Then I modified the box with a 1/4 lip so they can slide on the shelves individually. Then, I added 1x1 aluminium tubes to act as the main structural element. I made small 3d printed shelves that attach with 10-32 bolts.

I’m working on my first project! This is so exciting. I can’t wait to share more updates as I build.
