I self hosted a task app to organize and categorize tasks… have I used it… no. I went on a tangent making an app that takes an album or song and turns it into a screen saver. Looks great and the QR Code works but yeah… Also did some other small debugging but not much.

feeling kinda ill so just some bug fixes today, this is a theme I made in 15 minutes

New markdown to HTML package with too many plugins so tasks work now, I made the buttons bouncy because me like bouncy buttons, I hid Abacus in my closet, fixed the bugs abacus made, Prayed to abacus, Loved abacus, ALL HAIL ABACUS, ALL HAIL ABACUS

OMG ITS A MVP
Today I finally reached my MVP! there’s a note taking system that feels good and rewarding, spell correct, linking system with clickable buttons! The only things is the UI is giving…. my old HTML projects when I was 7 xD
I’ve got an idea though, a mac OS like top bar with actions to allow for easier access that is closer to where your mouse naturally is,

WIZARDS AND HTML

I fixed bugs I created yesterday, fixed bugs I created today, fixed bugs the magical wizard on my computer created and improved UI while also worsening UI… today has been a treadmill… also i added spellcheck which is nice

So far so good. the app really works like I made this devlog on it and it was a really nice experience. Today I added a workspace system called users because I originally made a user system, realized I didn’t need it but I did need a workspace system, thought it could be a “User for each person you are” E.g I have school user, a research user and a general user. It doesn’t allow you to switch between users but it is user dependent. Right now the ability to click on note cards is broken but that’ll require a big change with it sending a POST request to Flask instead of handling it in the front-end. For now it works really well and even has markdown support. Also while writing this there is some basic CSS styling issues I can quickly fix.

PS. seeing how many spelling errors I’ll change the easy MDE config settings to add spell check

I mean, you can now add notes and there’s a note taking system with Easy MDE for the editor plus a view that uses the word paraer for highlighting though I need to implement that with word pages.
