I’ve implemented smooth, slightly “ice-like” movement for the player, so the character slides naturally and feels responsive without being slippery. I added a nice little map that is WIP as the background, and all the sprites are fully custom-made by me in Canva, giving the game a unique, smooth-ish look. The camera now follows the player smoothly but is locked to the boundaries of the map, ensuring it never scrolls outside the playable area.
