Made massive progress! I started looking up the datasheets for all my components (MPU 6050, Regulators, etc.) and basically just started copying the sample schematic to my Kicad. Right now I’m working on the NRF24L01 (Antenna).
The finished components are:

  • MPU-6050
  • BQ258833 Battery charger
  • BMP580 Barometer
  • LMR51430 and TPS63070 Regulators
  • Micro SD card.
I (sadly) lost about 50 minutes of work because my kicad hackatime plugin bugged.
(Also, how am I gonna make this interactable for you guys?? Am I supposed to make this again in tinkercad? Idk, but that’s a problem for future me)

After 2 hours of painful research, I finally figured out how easyeda2kicad works! Apparently, my computer doesn’t know how to read the “easyeda2kicad” command, so I found out that putting “python3 -m” is kind of necessary for my situation. It took me some time to load the symbols because of my painfully slow internet. Also managed to wire some of the components.

I’m working on my first project! This is so exciting. I can’t wait to share more updates as I build.
