Duplicated the UI for the DOWNLOADER and made one for the converter

Added a simple yet cool UI to the HTML file, added a File Converter tab yet it still doesn’t have any code it it

Made the Downloader work, has some bugs, but downloads

Created a basic HTML file and Python file for Youtube downloading

Started with the idea, blank for now :>
