Shipped this project!
It was fun to learn about Javascript code. I have some prior knowledge on HTML and CSS, so this project was relatively easy but, it still was a nice challenge!
Activity
The AQI is much more accurate now. I was having trouble with the conversion from EU to US aqi. The search works now and I added an about page!! project is pretty much done.

like how you know thw air quality do ai search and auto update in your website?
I use an API to get the air quality. I use openweathermap’s API. But, in retrospect using a widget from AQINOW would be easier
Made the searchbar, AQI stat bar and website look better. Jst a static website for now, next is the Javascript.

Its been a while, I decided to ditch the photo because of problems with the website I used to get them. Made this nice gradient and made it look sleeker

Added the background, it changes every time you reload the website. I’ll make this better by making it so the images match your search terms. Also the text overflows out of the card, ill fix that next. But its better so far
