so… the website is still unfunctional! BUT:

• profile card aesthetic created (tbc..)
• linear gradient bg
• customised buttons + added button hover effect
• para text updated

to do:
add functionality.

created a basic skeleton for the project… jolly!
buttons dont work yet and everything looks a bit ugly, but i’ll get to it.
to do:

• make it pretty :D
• make it… actually functional, maybe?
• figure out some cool stuff to add

well this is going great! NOT.

• restarted the projected because python wasnt cooperating w/ me, some issue with pygame and my virtual environment i dont even know anymore, i think its cuz i store my code on a usb but im so done
• soooo restarting with html etc etc which is a shame cuz im more unfamilair with the language but it is what it is…
• plus i drew a lil stickman character heh
• basically this devlog tracked an hour of work but that hour was just me troubleshooting and almost throwing my laptop out a window
• pray for my sanity

ah this is so hard im new to java html all that
but anyway because google, youtube and ai exist i survive i love tutorials
ANYWAY ONTO THE IMPORTANT STUFF

• created the basic ui for the website
• click here button that runs away when you try to click it, for a random amount of times
• afterwards a spinner is shown on screen, but it’s currently just text (design is so that it’s literally a time waster)
• a text submission area where after submitting something, a pop-up says try again

Finished!

• Added extra gimmicks for rare fortunes
• fixed logic for said fortunes
• imported the time function from python to add some more fun
• Tweaked some of the replies
• Added code to track number of fortunes

Hooray! Almost done!

• fixed game logic so program loops if user chooses YES
• added easter eggs and joke replies
• Trialled all possible replies

started the project!
basically got all the base code done, gonna add some gimmicks and fix up the logic cuz it isnt owrking perfectly
