imo, the most important stage that prevents buzzword soup and makes the output actionable.

When the user states what they want, the system determines what the user is really trying to accomplish, then routes them to the right grounding sources: Wikipedia for basic knowledge and web search for current data.
‎
Next: research papers (Arxiv, Google Scholar), and a custom database for domain-specific grounding
