Changelog: v3.0 Update
- UX Improvement: Unified Dark Theme
Removed Light Mode: To ensure consistent readability and accessibility, the app now enforces a unified Dark Theme.
Fix: This resolves the reported contrast issue (white text on light background) in the “Quick Estimator” and ensures all text is clearly visible on all devices. - Smart Error Detection (Reverse Calculator)
Added “ESA Lock” Warning: Previously, users who entered ESA marks in the Subjects tab thought the Reverse Calculator was broken or “stuck loading” because it couldn’t calculate a score that was already entered.
New Feature: The app now automatically detects if ESA marks are present. It displays a prominent alert explaining that these subjects are “Locked” and instructs the user to clear the ESA mark if they want a prediction for that subject.
Removed Loading Animation: Removed the spinning dice animation to prevent confusion about the app’s status. - Performance & Stability
Optimized layout for mobile viewports.
Improved input validation to prevent invalid calculations.
“Regarding the previous feedback on the ‘Reverse Calculator waiting time’: The delay was actually caused because ESA marks were entered in the Subjects tab, which ‘locks’ the calculation. I have added a Smart Warning System that now explicitly tells the user to remove ESA marks if they want a calculation, so it is impossible to get stuck now. I also removed Light Mode entirely to fix the contrast bug you found.”
