Yoyoyo. gang. I recently realized that I completely forgot to code in a function into this web app: a like button. So I went ahead and added a heart shaped button (“❤️” / “🤍”) onto each movie card so that you, the user, can press that button and like or unlike the movie. Each movie card has this functionality, and your liked movies are stored, so that if you choose to visit the site again in the future, that movie will stay liked! WOW. Anyways, i used local storage to store that information, nothing crazy. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 thats all for today. peace out. stay hard. gang. 🔥

This is my first ship. I built this amazing, movie website that allows you to search for movies. It works pretty well, but if you run into trouble, shoot me a message homie. What did I learn? I learned github, how to use api, and css tailwind. This was mad fun and I gained mad aura. Alrighty. Peace out. Stay rock hard gang gang.

Wassup gang. I did a few things and lemme tell you about gang gang gang. First, I used vite to create a project for react. Using css tailwind, I styled a website page. Then, I used the TMDB api to retrieve up to date information on movies. Integrating a search system, users can search for movies and “star” them. I am currently setting up a back end database which stores information on user activity, which I will then use to create a “trending” section displaying the top movies based on all user activity. Alrighty, that is all. C ya gang. Peace out. Stay rock hard.

I created a basic UI and backend using html, css, and javascript. Project uses localStorage to store user data (calories and food entries) in between uses. Very basic.

Currently expanding functionality to include other nutritional numbers such as protein, carbs, and fats. Will begin integrating FoodData Central API to make food logging more efficient.
