Now we have backup restore command. Next is backup encryption & CLI UI

Added manual backup trigger which allows for enhanced CI tests

Updated CI, added more informations to README & added binaries for easier usage

One of the core features is now done: you can backup your database!

For some reason I need to post a devlog to log the time of work, so here it is :)

The structure of the project is here, the way to configure it and some of the core features! The CLI Interface is also in progress :)
