Added many things like relative path for images so that other people can just download and play the game with proper images, and added requirements download file.

Adde timer, and snow themed night background, designed snow platforms for matching the theme and updated it in the code

Made a basic ping pong game while watching tutorial from YouTube on how to use pygame and what are all the elements that I should be aware about to make game in it.
