wrote the game.html and then mapped the canvas outline and colors of the main game and am going to make the spikes and blocks next

Created the main home page of the game/ index.html with css. will start on the game logic now

Made the basic structure with minimum CSS and also included the raw viewer in the repo to have a raw stripped down script version as well. the web version right now only shows the basic things and lacks functionality. i will work on improving the front end and then finish the functionality next
