I forgot to explain the technical process of the website in the previous ship, so I’ll take this opportunity to make some small changes to the website to improve it.

Now I updated the Best 3 thumbnails to use t_10, t_11 and t_12, and added a fallback system so if any image (or its before version) is missing, it automatically loads t_not_found.png instead of breaking the layout.

I also made sure the before/after preview handles missing files correctly, keeping everything clean and stable.

I’ve finished version 1.0 of this website. I plan to update it in a few days

I started creating a simple web tool to streamline and simplify item storage calculations in Minecraft. I added a lot of information, but I think I’ll reduce it.

I added an “Order By” button, a filter for outlier videos, and an option to choose which videos to display.

I upgraded the tool from a smart search engine to a performance analyzer.
It now pulls real YouTube stats:
Total views
Upload date
Views per day
I also added a statistics panel showing averages, max/min views, and growth velocity.

I built the core engine of my AI thumbnail tool.

So far I’ve implemented:
Automatic YouTube search ranked by CTR on videos
A working simple interface showing thumbnails and links

The core concept is now technically validated.

Better than the other one, but not good enough. I’ll try updating it, but I don’t know if it will work.

After many attempts, I realized this way isn’t viable. The AI can’t reliably turn rough sketches into high-quality Fortnite thumbnails.

Now I’ll switch strategies: using Fortnite skin references combined with a structured prompt to improve accuracy and consistency.

I designed a set of Fortnite YouTube thumbnails and built an interactive portfolio website to showcase them.
This project helped me improve my front-end development skills and how I present creative work online.

In this first devlog, I’m working on the pose of a 3D model for a YouTube thumbnail. I’m testing different poses and angles to make it look more dynamic and eye-catching. The idea is that just seeing it makes you want to click.

I created a sticker pack for Hack Club’s Flavortown event, designing everything from the initial concepts and illustrations to a final website to showcase the work. The pack includes culture–inspired stickers, a custom logo, and a recurring character named Orpheus. Through this project, I learned how to maintain visual consistency across assets and how to present creative work clearly and effectively online.

Finally, I have all the project finished and i can do the github page. I wanted to upload the stickers in .svg but github wouldn’t let me.
