went a bit overkill on the README file (ts not even done yet adsfefk)

i used a invisible character U+2065 and spaces to create the space between the badges
and then added just enough spacing that it takes up the conventional desktop github README view width
github flavor markdown doesn’t allow css nooo

looks nice tho
