I FINISHED!!!!!!!! THE WEB APP HAS COMPLETE FUNCTIONALITY!!!!!!

I have spent ages trying to fix how the criterion column becomes hidden beneath the importance column on mobile, finally fixed.

Came up with names for the weighted decision matrix, got to work on coming up with the bones of the html file

I created the first Version of my project.
