I started with my project according to my planned schedule and research. I attempted to map out the liver’s shape and structure although not accurate it is a start. Spent about 30 minutes today writing both MagMap.py and liverviewer.py to get the project off the ground. Installing and adding the libraries was a hassle and took some time to function. MagMap.py basically generates the 3D grid and the hotspots while the liverviewer.py uses PyVista to turn that into data seen by us through a model.

I’m working on my first project! This is so exciting. I can’t wait to share more updates as I build.
