added support to get owned packages, apps, licenses and all associated access tokens for it.
had to make a key value parser for it which actually was easier than i expected (still took like 4 hours tho lmao)

finally logged in!

recoded the old project its based on to get it to a point where i am finally happy with it and can start adding more to it
