Usually encoding make saving data more efficient, but this one, phe this one inflates the data size by more than 128 times!
I already started this project, I finished the encoding which is multithreaded and it works(I hope so, did not finish the decoder yet so no way to know.) I am starting to work on the decoding which is going pretty ok
