Kanban EV GAME

This project is an educational Kanban simulator, created to interactively demonstrate agile workflow in development teams. I developed a web application where all the game logic, card movement, metrics, and graphs are processed in the browser, without the need for a backend for the simulation.

The user can add tasks, assign specialists, advance days, view metrics such as lead time, throughput, and financial performance, as well as export/import the game state. The system uses WIP limits, dice rolling to simulate productivity, and random events such as bugs and absences.

I learned a lot about integrating business logic with a rich JavaScript interface, DOM manipulation, pure canvas graphs, and UX best practices for educational simulations. The project also reinforced the importance of separating business rules, interface logic, and data visualization to facilitate code maintenance and evolution.
