I have developed this Site Blocker Chrome extension as a productivity tool to help users reduce distractions by blocking selected websites. The extension follows Chrome Extension policies, does not collect personal data, and only uses required permissions for website blocking. It doesn’t block long URLs, but blocks like main URL, facebook.com, flavourtown.hackclub.com

Pause/Resume - Toggle blocking on/off without removing sites Search - Quickly find sites in your blocked list Schedule Blocking - Set specific hours when blocking is active (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM) Statistics - Track how many times you tried visiting blocked sites Export/Import - Backup and share your blocked sites list Clear All - Remove all blocked sites at once Tabbed Interface - Organized UI with Blocked Sites, Schedule, and Statistics tabs

In this devlog, I worked on building the core functionality of my Site Blocker Chrome extension. I implemented real website blocking, refined the dark UI, and fixed bugs found during testing. This phase focused on improving stability, usability, and overall performance. It doesn’t block long URLs, but blocks short URLs like facebook.com and flavourtown.hackclub.com, etc.
