Like, how do we transfer a file using Express, and how to set up a server, and what files and folders are necessary

Today I worked on the backend again, changing my learning resource
and saw results

I also learned how the internet works, how we as users interact with the frontend, and then the client interacts with the server or the backend, and it requests it and then gets a response, which it then shows to the user

I learned about callbacks and promises but lost all my progress in the backend as i was unable to understand it and now restarting with the backend
