Interlocking box with hinge

V2 edition made. With this new version, instead of the previous side mounts that were impractical, brackets with chamfers for moving room and small pin connectors are being used. This allows genuine movement and freedom while making sense. These brackets are mounted to the box pieces using fasteners.

Prototype complete. I made .05 (+/-) in. tolerances for each hole/interlock, so everything should fit pretty loose. Thinking of lowering tolerances to ~.0375-.025 (+/-) in. for each hole, because .05 seems a bit too loose.

First prototype pieces have been made, now working on hinge.
