Cosmic Weather Journal is a peaceful web app where you can log the weather outside and how you are feeling inside. It helps you reflect on your day and keeps a personal archive of your past thoughts right in your browser.
I used Claude and Antigravity as coding assistants to help me fix bugs, suggest code for the design.
I built the Cosmic Weather Journal! It’s a peaceful web app where you can log the daily weather outside and your mood inside. The hardest part was using JavaScript to properly save and filter past entries in the browser’s local storage, but I figured it out by breaking the problem down. I’m really proud of how calming the starry design turned out. Really happy to finally ship this! :))
Focused on the JavaScript functionality for the fitness tracker today to get the calculations working properly. I updated the script so that the metrics start properly zeroed-out and only increase as actual fitness data is entered!
