endless runner game

finished - i added platforms, updated the background, added collectibles, and used two backgrounds to make a parallax effect.

First devlog - I got a basic background and jump mechanics working, as well as collectibles for points. Right now the game has nothing other than that - no end mechanic, no difficulty, but that comes later.
