This is my first project on Flavortown. I’m excited to share my progress! It is a Dexter-themed calculator.

This project uses AI

I used the AI tools from VS Code to help me optimize my work (such as doing repetitive commands) and to help me create certain commands of my calculator using JS in HTML (I am not so familiar with JavaScript. I also used it to make my README text more attractive, even though the text is mine,

Shipped this project!

For this project, I built a Dexter-themed calculator. This calculator is based on Apple’s calculator (in its simplest form). Something that was challenging was incorporating JavaScript into the project, since I am not that familiar with this language. I am really proud of how my calculator turned out because it is my first individual project!

I have got some time to work on my Dexter-themed calculator and I finished it! I had already done some previous work but I wasn’t at FlavorTown at the time, so that work wasn’t devloged. However, for these hours I finished organizing the buttons, the display and the title. I used AI to help me (I explained it on the description of the project). I had problem with responsiveness, but I managed to fix it. My next goal is to make it a bit more “Dexterized” and level up the responsiveness.
