PywalChromium

This is my first chrome extension so I had to look up a lot of guides however now it’s in a state to where I can push this.
I added rough settings page (im planning on styling it and adding more options)
I am going to research how the native messaging stuff works now, as well as figure out the generation stuff including the pywalfox colors.
