🔥 Devlog Update #5 — Slimes Are Taking Over! 🟢🧪
The world just got more alive… and way more dangerous ⚠️
Today I added multiple slime enemies into the game 👾
✨ Each slime feels different:
💥 This already makes combat more fun and less repetitive
I also improved:
Everything is now smoother and more responsive ✔️
Lost in Moss – Devlog#4 🌿🗺️
Updated the cover map today and I think it’s looking way cooler. Now it actually feels like the map itself is a “real world,” but the actual game is hidden somewhere inside it 👀. Kinda like a secret little world tucked away under the moss.
Also added:
• More platforms ⬆️ to jump around on
• Traps ⚠️ to keep things tricky
• Collectible herbs 🌱✨ for some extra exploration fun
Exploring the map should feel way more alive now, and there’s a lot more to discover if you actually look around 👀💚
The mossy adventure keeps getting deeper! 🍄🌿
Lost in Moss – Devlog #3 🌿🍄
Added a new little thing today and it’s honestly really fun.
There’s now a Blue Jelly Mushroom 🔵🍄 in the game. If the player jumps on it from above, it BOINGS you up to about twice your normal jump height 🚀. It basically works like a squishy jelly trampoline hiding in the moss.
To make it feel satisfying I also added:
• a squishy bounce animation ✨ that plays every time you land on it
• a boing sound effect 🔊 so the jump actually feels powerful
Running through the level and hitting these mushrooms feels super satisfying now. They also let me place higher platforms 🪨⬆️ that you can only reach by bouncing on them.
The forest is slowly getting more alive… and more bouncy 🌿🍄💙
