My main goal was to hit 0% active cpu. I don’t really care about the asthetics of the whole thing.

I’m very sorry but the only way to test this is by downloading it yourself from the github. It is written in haskell so you will need the specified packages as well.

My demo link is only a photo because unfortunately xmonad does not currently support screenrecording due to its attempt to fix the security bugs of x11.

I’m making a xmonad based config. My last Hyprland rice was super CPU intensive and I’ve been obsessed with 0% active so i’m going x11.

This project uses AI

I used AI primarily to organize the nixos config because I always keep a messy config file, and you can see what was done by me and not by me just by the way that the file is laid out.

Primarily worked on status bar as well as a bunch of nixos specific optimizations. In the top left corner of the monitor you can actually see that I was able to hit 0% CPU so we actually did it! If you’re wondering how I did it. It was essentially a crap ton of super niche optimizations that I found on the nixos reddit, as well as killing unused daemons on start. I was too scared to mess with kworkers after trying once and bricking my switch. It was actually my first time having to rollback so I’m not trying again.

Did some miscellaneous theming. I’m going with duo-tone space because I like it in vs-code.
