This is my first project on Flavortown. I’m excited to share my progress!
Fourth Devlog 12/01/2026
-started work on themes for the website (CANVA IS HARD BUT KRITA IS HARDER so i will stick with the lesser evil ✌️ 😭)
-Added transitions (still need to refine them)
(yep thats it. APPARENTLY the reason vanilla css isnt used is because it is so dogshittingly bad T_T.
spent almost an hour trying to transition images without using a buffer and ultimately just used a buffer class and setTimeOut()’s in js to transition it.)
(js code in img 2 because eh 1 media file devlogs were gettin kinda boring)
apologies for the shitty quality i lowkey dont wanna download a recording software for ts (0_0)

third devlog 09/01/26
added swtichable images to the page that swtich with buttons
added the same shading feature as the header to the swtichable menu
(it took me an hour to figure out the js code T_T, turns out querySelectorAll and querySelector cant be used interchangeably when the class only has a single element)
ill add some shading and stuff to the buttons and transitions later
also i need some ideas as to what i should add to the next two pages man 😭

second devlog-08/01/2026 (dd/mm/yyyy)
had to take time off due to exams T_T
added a snap on scroll thingymajig
adding shaped divs to make image bg’s and menus.
i have a vision in mind that i am trying to bring here, lets see how it ends up

firsr devlog
i am trying to see how far i can get with just using vanilla html, css and js.
so far i have added
a working header, responsive(i hope thats what its called) highlights on the buttons in the header
a colour scheme i was interested in (i spent like a LOTTA time on this I AM BAD AT COLOURS & STUFF)
since the website is a test for what I can DO, its going to be filled with memes, from gacha games(my guilty pleasure) to inside jokes that no one will get T_T.
