Changelog

Added the first app window!

Added plasmaOS about app window and added time and lock functionality at the info bar, i will add animation and make the close button work and then continue to make the terminal app! yay

Added taskbar and infobar

its pretty hard to set the flex for the infobar, taskbar and display, i use so many method but it wont work so i just stick to flex 20 for the display.

next is time and app window yay
