Welcome to roverlay. This is a clean and minimalistic overlay made for hyprland. It shows you information about your system such as the amount of ram you have, the amount of ram which is used, the amount of cpu cores you have, and the percentage used per core. I used slint and rust to make this, and the reason i chose slint is because it is lightweight and performative. It’s easy to use and optionally customizable if you edit a bit in the slint files!

I used ai to help me understand slint and sysinfo libaries.

Hey everyone welcome to my second devlog! I added a better ui using a gridlayout to show the amount of cores being used and their percentages dynamically and a mini rectangle to act as a spacer for looks between memory and cpu info. This was way harder to make than i expected it to be😭 Now i just need to figure out how to spawn it at the top left of the screen and make it always on top because that doesnt work yet.

Hey everyone! This is my first devlog for roverlay. I created an ugly ui with slint but im planning to add bars and make it a little longer in width i also made it so it can show the total and used ram in the system which is not live updating yet.
