Updated Project: Fixed XSS, broken API route, hover colors. Added share, swipe, anime filter, export, 110+ anime-only quotes, error handling, SEO tags, light theme accent. No UI changes, zero dependencies.
A minimal anime quote generator with a dark editorial design. 100+ quotes from One Piece, Naruto, Attack on Titan, Death Note and more — no API, no frameworks, just fast. Save favorites, get a daily quote, switch themes, and flip through quotes with your keyboard.

I built a minimal Anime Quote Generator that shows quotes from anime like One Piece, Naruto, Attack on Titan, and Death Note.
The hardest part was organizing 100+ quotes and making the quote switching and favorites system work smoothly without using any API or frameworks.
I solved it by storing the quotes locally and writing clean vanilla JavaScript for navigation, themes, and daily quotes.
I’m really happy with the fast performance and simple dark editorial design.
