fixed event not showing the img hopefully this is the last bug

fixed the nav buttons no need to click on the text for them to work.
Also if your reading this you can use a random email to create an account
might add hack club auth later on

fixed story imgs not showing up thanks to @carlson for reporting the bug to me

Deployed the site on my hosting company
added the last things i wanted to work on before submitting it

1. added dark mode to the site so its better for us who don’t touch grass lol
2. made the face time ui better and its now fully working with mute, camera off button
3. added read msg, typing and user online

Update while working on my site during downtime at bpa i have added msg function and now audio call and facetime now work

added messages page work in progress but it dose work if you add a user you both can msg back and forth

Dev Log: UI Refinement & Event Discovery
🎨 UI & Layout
“My Page” Polish: Tweaked the layout to reduce clutter and improve visual hierarchy. The goal was a cleaner look that makes navigation feel more intuitive.

📅 Event Management
Categorized Events: Added a new My Events menu. You can now sort your events into different categories, making it much easier to manage a busy schedule at a glance.

Discover Events: Introduced a “Discover” section! Currently, this displays all public events happening on the platform, allowing users to find new things to join.

Added the create event button function to the back end and started a rough draft of the create menu

added friends request(everything working) and a notification button(only the incoming request shows atm)

Update: Created My Page Next step will be adding a delete button and edit buttons for the post.

Sign up page is now done and working! also reworked the CSS for posts, side bar and added comments placeholder for now

edited the CSS for the post box’s and added reaction button with custom emojis

Added a back end now have login page and a somewhat functional feed and posting system

Created a mockup site for now gonna add backend and everything later
