Im trying to build AI like JARVIS from iron man, first i coded so i hooked up the ollama to the mosquitto broker then i connected my esp32 to the broker aswell. Im planning on extending the project to more physical and mechanical stuff like robot arm connected to the JARVIS. im heavily inspired by iron man

okay screen works now(GC9A01) 240x240 and ive spent hours making and editing the GIF so the flash has enough room. i uploaded the GIF to the flash and now the GIF lights up. next step is to make it only light up when JARVIS is actually online.

i cant really devlog more since the timer only counts when im in vs code but majority of my time is in ARDUINO IDE and on google reading documents

Main code works(power and chat)
Memorisation kinda works except it adds or replaces old facts.
Esp to PC connection is fragile but working on it

okay, two mini lcd´s just arrived, ill be hooking them up so jarvis can interact via them

Also changed ollama from gemini2:2b to qwen3-vl:2b they are both very heavy on my 8gb of ram but the gemini is very dumb and messy so i had to switch it.
