An arcade that you can play classic old games on it, but it’s broken…
Shipped this project!
I built a game that contains classic games with the idea that they have many bugs, and your goal is to find them. I made a pong game as the first game in the arcade.
Sadly, I can’t keep working on this project until the mid of may, and flavortown will end at the last of April.
Note: The game is on hold because I have many exams coming, and I’m unable to continue working on this project for now because of that. The progress done through this game is not much so I hope you to understand this.
#The things I made in the game
I made a simple buggy pong game as a start for the games of the arcade.
I drew a simple animation for the ball to make it look glitchy,
made the enemy’s asset look like it’s glitched,
added score system,
added the player,
added a simple bot that tracks the ball,
and added a simple menu when you press the escape button (Esc), the menu has a resume button, reset button, and an exit button.
You can move with either of arrow buttons or W and S buttons.
#The bugs (that you should discover)
Note: If you want to try to find the bugs yourself don’t read the following.
1: If you manage to make your player on top of the ball, the ball will drag your player with its direction.
2: The player can move right and left.
3: You can score goals with your player instead of the ball.
